Smoked Ribs

What can I say about smoked ribs; it’s like Heaven in my mouth! Growing up, my mother and grandmother would cook ribs all the time. They would clean them well, then season then well, then boil them for a few hours. After that, they would put them in the refrigerator to cool until the next day so they could put them on the grill. I thought those ribs were the best ribs I had ever tasted, until I tasted ribs that were cooked inside of a smoker. Once again, Heaven in my mouth! I had never tasted ribs that were so tender, juicy, and cooked just right (sorry granny). All I could think about after I ate those ribs was, I want more, I want more! What I ended up doing was making my own special rub for the ribs and buying some hickory wood chips and cooking some ribs I had bought from the store, and I tell you what, these ribs were just as good as the ones I had tasted for the first time. Here is the recipe for my special rub along with directions on how to prepare the ribs. Enjoy eating these ribs because I know I did!
